Since it's a family-focused business, it was an easy decision for Danny to join.
When the door temporarily closed on his opportunity to join the army and follow in his dad Steve's footsteps, he remained determined that the army was for him , but choosing a different career path and becoming a chef .
Taking on the role of director has motivated Danny to develop innovative menu items , learn about costings , marketing and running a successful business
Starting in September, Danny's going to college full-time to dive deeper into the hospitality and catering field.

At chappies we have taken on work experience students whom have chosen this career path and some have stayed within the hospitality industry , its not an easy career choice for any age , but from experience if you can work in a hectic kitchen you can work anywhere
